Please fill out and submit the form below to apply for a wholesale account with Minty's Design. Please also email a copy of your resale certificate* to minty@mintysdesign.com

*If you need a resale certificate, you can obtain one from your state's tax authority, or use the MTC Multijurisdictional Exemption Certificate if accepted in your state.

What to Expect

• Applications are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
• Approved accounts are tagged and given access to Minty's wholesale portal, where wholesale pricing is listed.

Order Minimums

• Minimum order value is $100 per order, does not include shipping.

Shipping

• Flat rate shipping of $10 (contiguous US only).
• Orders ship within 3–5 business days.

Payment

• Payment is due at checkout. We do not offer net terms at this time.
• A PO number may optionally be entered at checkout in the order notes field.
